Session Terms and Conditions

These terms apply only to your Performance Diagnostic with Tom Fazio. Booking this session does not enroll you in The Prestige or commit you to further work.
Your session
Your one-time payment of $97 USD includes:
The Somatic Skins assessment.
One private, 60-minute online working session with Tom Fazio.
A personalized assessment of the patterns affecting your progress.
1–3 targeted prescriptions for moving toward what you want.
This is a complete, standalone session. Written reports, ongoing support, and membership are not included unless expressly agreed. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Participants must be at least 18.
Preparation and attendance
Bring a consequential goal, decision, or recurring challenge. Complete your Somatic Skins assessment before your appointment and join from a quiet, private location with a reliable internet connection.
Check the time zone in your booking confirmation. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled end time.
Rescheduling and refunds
You may reschedule once without charge by using your booking link or contacting us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Payments are otherwise nonrefundable, except as required by law or stated below. Late cancellations, rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before your appointment, and missed appointments forfeit the session fee.
If Tom cancels or a technical failure on our side prevents delivery, you may choose a replacement appointment or a full refund. If we decline to provide the service before your session, we will refund your payment in full.
Coaching and voluntary participation
This session provides coaching and education. It is not psychotherapy, medical care, mental health treatment, or crisis support. “Diagnostic,” “assessment,” and “prescription” describe our coaching process, not medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment.
You choose what to share and may decline, modify, or stop any suggested activity. Participate within your abilities and communicate any relevant limitations.
We commit to delivering the session and its stated components. We do not guarantee a particular outcome. You remain responsible for your decisions and how you apply the work.
Privacy, recording, and promotional use
We treat your private session and assessment information as confidential, subject to the permission below, our Privacy Policy, disclosures required by law, and access reasonably necessary to administer or deliver your session. Coaching communications are not necessarily legally privileged.
We will disclose any plans to record your session in advance and obtain any consent required by law. You may not record or introduce an AI transcription tool without prior permission.
Materials and conduct
Materials provided by The Prestige are for your personal use. You may apply your learning in your life and work, but may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially teach our protected materials without written permission. You retain ownership of your original contributions, subject to the permissions above.
Threatening, abusive, harassing, or sexually inappropriate conduct may result in the session being ended without a refund, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these terms restricts honest reviews, lawful complaints, or protected disclosures.
Credit toward further work
If we mutually decide to continue working together through The Prestige, your $97 session fee will be applied once toward your agreed enrollment.
There is no obligation to continue. Further work requires a separate agreement. The credit is personal, nontransferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Liability and your rights
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities. This limitation does not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms do not release personal-injury claims caused by our negligence or limit mandatory consumer rights.
Acceptance and contact
By accepting these terms at checkout and completing your purchase, you agree to the terms applicable to this session.
The version accepted at purchase governs your booking. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
