These are real-world outcomes or decisions you’d be willing to act on in the next 7 days.

They must be: - Tangible — real, specific, visible in the world - Personal — meaningful to your values and growth - Disruptive — unlikely to happen without a jolt

❌ Vague Goals (Don’t Bring These)

✅ Tangible Targets (Bring These)

  • “Plan, book, and complete one meaningful activity with my partner this week—and line up three more for the month.”

  • “Finalize a lean business plan (pricing, product, outreach) by Wednesday and present it to three trusted minds for feedback by Friday.”

  • “Train 3x this week for 30 minutes, stretch daily, and build a 3-month fitness plan optimized for energy.”

  • “Write and publish one thought piece on LinkedIn about the real reasons I’ve been playing small in my industry.”

  • “Record a 2-minute video pitch to secure my next client—then send it to five prospects before Friday.”

Diversify across arenas—health, wealth, love, mindset, creativity, presence, leadership. Whatever’s charged.

Whatever matters.

If it would be easy to do later, it doesn’t belong here.

Bring one goal that doesn’t fit in a neat little box.
